Most Rangreshe products are made to order and are prepared after your order has been confirmed.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10–15 days from the date of order confirmation for both domestic and international orders.

During sales, festive periods, product launches, or other high-demand periods, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping — India

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Please note that international deliveries may experience additional delays due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance may also cause additional delays that are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or other contact information provided during checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at rangreshe@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at rangreshe@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For damaged or defective products, a complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory to initiate an exchange claim.

The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and the condition of the product upon opening.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process an exchange claim for damaged or defective products.

All exchange requests are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.
