Exchange & Return Policy

At Rangreshe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Exchange Policy

Rangreshe currently offers an exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds for purchased products.

Customers may exchange their purchased product for:

• The same product, subject to availability; or

• A different product of their choice from the Rangreshe website.

If the replacement product has a lower price than the original product, the difference will be issued as store credit/voucher, which can be used towards a future purchase from Rangreshe.

If the replacement product has a higher price than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is processed.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• In its original condition

• Accompanied by all original tags

• Returned with the original packaging and accessories, where applicable

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, customers must first contact us at:

Please mention your order number and the product you wish to exchange.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 hours with further instructions.

Once the exchange request is approved, Rangreshe will arrange the pickup of the product.

The pickup/shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Customers should not send the product back independently without first contacting Rangreshe and receiving confirmation and exchange instructions from our team.

Once the product is received by Rangreshe, it will undergo a quality and condition inspection.

After the inspection is successfully completed, our team will contact the customer to confirm the exchange and discuss the available options.

The customer may then choose:

• An alternative product from the Rangreshe website; or

• Store credit/voucher for the eligible exchange amount.

Any store credit or voucher issued by Rangreshe will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

No Return or Refund Policy

Rangreshe follows an exchange-only policy.

We do not provide refunds or returns for products purchased through our website.

Once an order has been delivered, it can only be exchanged in accordance with the exchange terms mentioned above.

No cash refund, bank refund, or refund to the original payment method will be provided.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at rangreshe@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For any claim relating to a damaged or defective product, an unboxing/opening video is compulsory.

The opening video must clearly show:

• The package being opened for the first time

• The product and its condition immediately after opening

• Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received

Without a valid opening/unboxing video, Rangreshe will not be able to process an exchange request for a damaged or defective product.

Our team will review the opening video, photographs, order details, and the product condition before determining the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is verified by our team, we will arrange the exchange process accordingly.

How to Request an Exchange

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for exchange

• Photographs of the product, if requested

• Opening/unboxing video in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

Do not send a product back without first contacting Rangreshe and receiving exchange instructions from our team.
